go to flexalite or ebay and get some ls1 fans. I believe flexalite it's the 295's.

I'd go to a 2.75" or 3" pipe to the muffler from the Y.

Ebay is the best place for odd parts like the fans. I got my sets of fans for ~$75 each.

So go with a 3" from the cats to the muffler than neck down out of the muffler ?

Leave the stock Y-pipe alone. After the flange collector run a 3" pipe from that to the muffler or just hack the stock muffler off and leave that mandrel bent 2.75" pipe there and add the muffler to it.
