Default exhaust/sims/HFcat question

I have a set of asm headers installed and i have decided that i will run a y-pipe with a single 3" dumped over the rear axle.

My question is: If I dont run cats and get a tune to turn off the rear o2's or run o2 simulators, will i be able to pass the obd2 emissions test?

or should i just get one 3" highflow cat behind the y-pipe, and mount my 2 factory o2 sensors one behind the other.

My guy can pass the visual, and i wont get a sniffer test, just the computer hook-up.

thanks
