Also, thinking of just dumping out the muffler... Any suggestions on that? Just take the saw to those shitty pipes and cut a slant out the muffler or is there something on eBay I can order and bring to a shop to have installed

And if I dump out the muffler how much louder should it be? As of now it idles very quiet and is only really audible in the cab when I step on it. I want more sound out of it and I'm hoping a turn down will do the trick.

Run a single 3" to the back, then get yourself a 5" or 6" tip (usually about 15" long) and use that to run under the bumper. It will get a bit noisier that way.

Stock cam with a stock tune isn't going to make much noise at idle, no matter what you try. Maybe headers and an ORY, but they are still pretty calm at idle IMO.

I don't know about your exhaust but you may want to address that pinion angle while you're spending some time back there.

Yeah thats gotta be a muffler man special. No good exhaust is going to use crush bends.

Well I am getting the diablosport trinity and my cai, tbs, in a few weeks, so my tune won't be stock anymore.. I'm thinking LTs but installation costs are hefty

Get a custom tune, not a hand held.
