Which fan on a body lifted truck?
hey guys,
i might end up putting a body lift on my truck. Which of course the radiator would move UP. and the stock fan would stay where it is.
would it be better to run like this, OR put electric fans on?
the way i see it.
the stock fan will pull less air through the radiator, BUT push more air over the motor like GM designed.
the electric fans would pull more air throught the radiator, but be a little higher on the motor than the stock fan
any opinions?

I would go for the E-fans. What color is your truck? I noticed a drop in hood/fender temps on my black truck when I installed the fans. It would get so hot it would burn you if you leaned on it .. literally.

Do an electric fan. It will cool better, get some extra HP. And you want have to look at the ugly *** dropped fan shroud. To me that looks like ***! That was the only thing keeping me from getting a body lift. No that I have the fans. I may get one.
