Sounds like its time for either an Edelbrock Pro-Flow or Holley Hi-Ram!!!

In any case, it sucks to hear you're having such problems with the FAST unit being as expensive they are.

nah im going to probably do a TBSS/NNBS 90MM setup you loose a ton of low end grunt with the Edelbrock pro-flow dosent start to make power until 3500 to 4000 grand i dont really know to much about the Holley most likely same results since they look identical.

Well I put a evap smoke machine on the truck last night and my NW92 TB is leaking at the throttle shaft

Also the intake is not leaking around we're the two halves meet or anywhere else so I can rule that out.

I feel your pain bro. I was almost at the same point as you back in April. After weeks on trouble shooting, logging, swapping gaskets, injector o-rings, redecking the port surface on the intake,........I was at wits end and then I by passed the factory PCV system. Instead of pulling vacuum from the drivers side of the manifold to the drivers side valve cover rear port, I installed two catch cans and pulled vacuum from the valley cover front port and moved the brake booster hose from the rear of the manifold to the drivers side. This cured all the gremilings that I had been so upset about.
