Default Final Dyno Numbers for the 4.8L

went to MTI yesterday, and had it dynoed again.

final numbers are....
HP---281.69
TQ---267.45

before cam dyno nuymbers on the same dyno.....
HP---258
TQ---253

well it looks like I have more work ahead of me....

What's the highest for a cammed 4.8L right now?

I know that CARAZYCUTER4.8's truck has the 212/218 cam putting out 285+

01 Thunder: Good numbers! I bet that cam has a ton of under the curve hp/tq. What are you shifting at with it?

yah Lloyd, I had it tuned at Nelson over in San Antonio.

thanks for the compliment guys... I am still looking for more, and will be thinking of some other things to try out, before I go with a power adder...

nope I havnt gotten really any miles on this new tune, and the night I went out to the track, a vette decided to hit the wall, and it took to long for them to clear it up, so I went home. plus it wasnt very good weather for racing
