I heave heard that the UPD and the Throttle Body Spacer will both fit without having to cut the fan shroud. You might want to ask about this first though b/c I'm not 100 % sure.

I never even thought to ask about the TB spacer when I ordered it. I guessed that if the factory pieces worked with the TB spacer that the FIPK would. Another lesson learned the hard way!
