Cool deal. So some 17 or 18's should be a nice drop in time. I should be able to lose another 300 lbs for the next time I run also.

well the rim size helps with the weight factor, but tire height I think is the main factor. Both of my wheel setups are pretty close in weight. with the 18s and tires just a few pounds heavier per wheel.

Yea my 420's are just under 33 inches. I will run a 28 or 29 inch slick when I get around to buying them.

my best run is a 13.79@98.85mph. with a 2.08 60ft. 8.883@80.25mph 1/8th. very close to your 1/8th.but mine is a 5.3. i think you would have deffinately pulled harder than me in the 1/4.

weather makes a good difference. I usually drop around .05-.15 in the 1/8 just going from 80s down to the 60s. days with higher atmospheric pressures are good racing days as well. Humidity is the big killer though.

I looked up the DA for that day and it was 94 percent.

you can check with track officials for temps and d/a when your there. my 13.79 was in low d/a for kansas and 50 some degrees.
