If your keeping this truck as a daily driver, then you picked the right stall. Any higher than that really defeats the use of a truck if it will still be used as one.
I know others may rant on my post about a higher stall not effecting a trucks duty, or comments like mine can tow 10K plus with 3000K+ stall.......yeah whatever, for maybe a little while. Or it's not much different than stock.....yeah it is.
It really comes down to the use of the truck. If you were not to use this truck as a DD, then a higher stall would have been the way to go, but if it is a DD, then you selected the correct rpm stall. Trucks with higher stall converters driven as DD, get really anoying after a while. High stalls are for the track or a weekend cruiser, not for everyday.
