Flange Fixes?

Flange Fixes?
BlackGMC posted up some pics of some new flanges he had to make because the regular flanges are too weak and leak. Well. I just got mine put on last week and i think one is already leaking.
Could I make sure it's tight and then put some header wrap around the flange? Do you think that would help seal it up or would it just be pointless?
And what do you recommend putting on the O2 sensor threads to help make sure it's sealed?

the treads for the sensors are tappered, but make sure you put antiseize on the threads so they don't seize up.
Get some copper gaskets for the flanges and don't look back, if it still leaks double up the gaskets (old trick)
snug them all up first then tighten them down in a cross pattern. good luck.
