Injectors and rails are different and I heard that the seals are different in the fuel system. The motors are the same.

AFAIK there's some sort of system to determine the ratio of ethanol to gasoline to alter the air/fuel ratio to run stoich w/ the mixture. I dont know if they do or not, but they should, also increase timing depending on the amount of ethanol. Also, different materials in the fuel system that the alcohol wont destroy.

no you get bigger injectors stock and i think maybe bigger fuel pump to because the ethonal take a richer mixture than gas. plus you can run more boost with the other fuel it has higher octane
