Flowmaster DOSS
#11
I have the kit on my truck. It sounds very nice at idle and even better when you romp on it. It definatley has a different sound then typical pipes out the back. It has more of a bark to it since it doesnt have all that pipe for the sound to travel for it to exit. I actually believe the kit comes with a super 40 rather then an original 40 or delta flow 40. The muffler is painted black. The only thing to keep an eye on is the distance between the muffler and the driveshaft. Mine was a tad close and rubbed the driveshaft so I put a piece of hose on the hanger with a hose clamp to pull it out of the hanger some. Also dont use the muffler clamp they provide to clamp the intermediate pipe to the muffler. Get a SS band clamp or a regular exhaust clamp. The one they provide doesnt clamp very well and after awhile it while allow the muffler to spin on the intermediate pipe.

Well I found a local guy that can bend pipe for me but since I want be using cats he says that's all he will do(douche). So I am gonna wait till I get my Long tubes and build my own. I have a pretty good Idea on how Its gonna be ran-pretty much like the DOSS system but I might just re-use my 3" dynomax bullets from LT1 Z's true dual setup. Also got 15' 3" piping sitting at my house from other kits I tried lol
