Default Flowmaster exhaust on 01' GMC Sierra

I want a new exhaust on my 01 gmc sierra. But what I don't want is the country truck sound. I want the sound of a truck with some power. I realize i wont get much due to that I dont have headers or a cam yet. Which exhaust system would yall prefer whether it is flowmasters or not.

well, i had a two in two out flowmaster that lasted over 150K. now that it's gone i'm faced w/your dilemma.

since i believe in been there done that, and the fact i called TSP, i'll be going w/magnaflow P/N 13269, as i have three inch pipe dualled. my builder(hell of a guy that he is)stuck on some six inch cased mufflers for free so he could finish the tune but my neighbors aren't digging it. i have trouble taking phone orders when the motor is on. it's also hell to order dinner at taco hell w/the motor running, too. John said he felt the mags would take care of it!

look at my sig, see what i have before you buy the mags. when i started out flow was it, aside from cherry bombs & glass packs!

also, the site seems very pro mag; this many gear heads can't be wrong!

Get a 14" oval case magnaflow. You will be happy. Search on youtube for 14" magnaflow on silverado or sierra. Thats what i have on my truck and am very pleased with it. Quiet at idle and hell at WOT.

I have had a couple different magnaflow setups and really like them. I have had many different exhaust combos and I like the magnaflow the best.

I would recommend a 14" or 18" magnaflow. I liked mine a bit tame, had the 22" magnaflow for awhile, now have the 34" magnaflow.
