I am going to be getting a roll pan soon and I was thinking of dumping my flows but I dont want them to be too loud. How loud will they get does anyone know? I like the way they sound now but if they will get too loud i might just wait and save up for a magniflow or corsa muffler.

 

its not that loud but it does get raspy.

I Have A Flow Dumped (i Know....) It Is A Lil Raspy @ 3000-4000 Rpms. Sound Pretty Mean Though. In Cab Drone Is Pretty Bad Unless You Like It Vibrate Your Truck. I Also Have No Cats, So That Makes A Big Difference, Just Depends What You Like.

 

it wont be much louder when dumped... the cab drone may be a bit worse.. make sure its dumped AFTER the axle tho to lessen drone as much as possible.

 

resonance inside the cab will be worse. it all depends on what you like. I like having my flowmaster dumped...most of the time.

Thanks bro's! I think i will dump them for now then its either magnaflow or corsa its gonna be hard to choose from those two . To dump them do I just get them cut and angled down and do i put tips on them?

 

I do not use tips, I just have a pipe bent at a 45
