where can i get a set of decent forged pistons for a 5.3?

FWIW, when I blew my #7 piston, I looked all around and no one carried off the shelf 5.3 pistons. My engine builder liked to use Ross, so he ordered up a set for me. Turned out my 5.3 pistons were the first set they ever made, so the turn around time was like 6 weeks. But now that they probably have the machining specs I'm sure they could make them much quicker.

Sealed Power makes hypereutectic OEM pistons in std, .5, .75, and 1.00mm +. Check Rock Auto on-line.
