Figured it would be easier to post a link to my facebook post on performancetrucks page instead of adding the pictures to photobucket and all that crap.. Hopefully if no one on there has an answer someone on here will!

You can post a photo from about anywhere.

Looks like something let go or some debris went through the combustion chamber from all the pock marks. I would carefully inspect the rings and piston ring landings. That would also account for the oil.

Oh well I guess I haven't tried to post a picture in a while because I thought it had to be done through photobucket my bad.

Yeah there was tiny pieces of metal on that chamber and valves. Also, that exhaust valve looks burnt so I was thinking it might have just been a burnt exhaust valve this whole time throwing the cylinder 7 misfire code. But I 'm not sure what caused the burnt valve..

How about that, I guessed it right. Seems like #7 is the one that often goes lean.

Yes sir! Sorry forgot to post that up on here. Now it's a decision on finding a 6.2 short block and keeping the l76 for my regular cab or building a stroker out of this block.

I had a cylinder 7 missfire which the d.o.d. lifters are usually the culprit so I ordered all the parts, tore it apart, found a collapsed lifter, burnt exhaust valve, and a chunk of piston missing.
