Default Free 6.0 iron block!

Guys a buddy of mine has a 300 hp 6.0 out of a 2002 silverado. It only has about 40 or 50,000 miles on it but it uses a little oil do to the fact it came out a 4 wheel drive so you can just imagine whats wrong with it. But it has the heads, intake manifold and even the throttle body, coil pcks etc. Any ideas what I should do with it or to it .

I just happen to be in the market for such a motor. Shoot me some prices and what not, and maybe we can work out a deal. Where are you located at.
