Unhappy fuel to hot

i am towing a 41 foot toy hauler with my truck after the engine has ran a while towing the motor acts as though its got a miss. scaner tool says my fuel is over 300 degrees! fuel cooler is clean and lines look good.added a cooling fan and that did not help any. i had new injectors installed about 2000 miles ago
