Default Fuel pressure question

Is there somebody that would know the fuel rail pressure on a stock 04 6.0L ?
45-55?
I know,I can just put a guage on it.I don't have one right at this time.I have a mild built LQ9,stock rail & stock pump.30 000 mi.and I would like to install & set the 42lbs injectors(injector flow lb/hr in the ECM).

Thanks in advance.

I see 60-62 all the time, But my truck was a V6 Its an old style fuel injection so higher pressures are needed, i believe spec 60-66 (again on the V6).
