Fuel Pump advice!
A friends fuel pump went out on his 99 tahoe, so far it seems like most places are charging between 250 and 350 for a new pump. Anyone recommend a cheaper route? Could I go with something aftermarket like a holley (about$150.00) or would the added pressure be too much? Any suggestions welcome, Thanks, Ron

Yeah, thats not installed...just the price of the pump. No problem installing it, just wondered if there was a cheaper route that you guys might know of. Thanks! Ron

I am with BC, installed...you have yourself a pretty good warranted deal there. But if you want to do the install yourself, email this guy.. webmaster@getgmparts.com I got my last stocker from here. Not the cheapest as far as comparing to ebay purchases go, but brand new delphi stuff right of the box and about 45% savings from the mechanic's price.
