Default fuel pump went out

Well i want to install Walbro 255 pump.
Will this pump work http://www.jdsperformance.com/index....tem&inmake=454

Does anybody have a wright to do this custom installation with this pump.

Make sure you get a 1' piece of SAE 30R10 fuel line. If you use any other kind you will be stranded somewhere and have to drop the tank again.

Ask me how i know that...lol

What is the extra foot of fuel line for?

I believe it is to replace the original one. It can get brittle over time and crack. I installed a whole new bucket with my 255 so I could avoid any future problems. There have been some problems with the sending units in our trucks and there also is a wiring plug change.
