has anyone seen any gains by bumping up the fuel pressure?

I believe there has been a post on this before. I think if you turn down the pressure you will get more power but only at WOT. Durring normal driving it is in closed loop(I always get this confused) So it takes readings from all the sensor and will even it out. During WOT it goes into open loop reading valves out of the PE table so it will lean it out.
