it still get the fuel from the bottom side of the basket yes. some of the basket was reomved to allow it to fill faster. the return line fittign was added to also dump fuel in the basket. one pump will run all of the time while the other will be set to come on at 4-5 psi.

so the caveat is to keep the tank at least a 1/4 full?

definatly. i was planning on 1/3 rd but yes you get the picture , my plan is to either run it really low or syphin(sp?) the old fuel out and dump in 10 gallons of motorsport 109 in there. although one of those overflow tanks you had would also work well with this. i dont know if those dual walbros would benecerray to feed one of the overflow but put dual bosch pumps on it and it would be good.

btw did you get my pm asking about oxidizr?

i'm looking to do a return style swap too. i need more info on getting fuel back into tank.

holy back from the dead.. and bill sounds like you were planning on blowing the 5.3 up along time ago and it still hasn't happened

just using search like i'm suppose too lol. i think i got it figured out just want to know for sure how to feed the return fuel. do i out it back in bucket or do i tee it and use half in bucket and other half in the venturi? or all in venturi?

im running a walbro 255hp and some fast 57# injectors on my 6.0 and im maxed out on injector duty cycle at 92% with no drop in fuel pressure at 10lbs of boost
