i actually think GMHTP did an ls1 free mod article and picked up like 7hp on the dyno...i'd have to pull the mag out and double check, but im pretty sure.
UDP give you like 10hp...nothing thats a "simple" mod is going to give you much noticable gains unless you do more to it. You could do CAI, TB, UDP, Efans, Tune and you wouldn't really notice a difference. Cam, heads, etc are where the SOTP gauge come into play
i got my asp pulley's right before they went up and i was doin a camswap anyways...if your gonna take it apart you might as well do everything while its easy to access.

I would consider the intake manifold a bolt-on. It doesn't touch oil or coolant.
And in the LT1 Impala world, most of us consider higher ratio roller rockers and valvesprings to be a bolt-ons, but some disagree.
