Default gain from 1.85 rockers?

would I gain anything (what) from some 1.85 rockers on a 5.3 with a comp 212/218 .522 .529 114. The cam has been installed for a while now and I can get some of the slp rockers for cheap from a friend.

I think with a stock cam, people see 10-20 rwhp. With an aftermarket cam I don't know. Your springs are gonna have to be good for more lift though.

I put the 1.85s on the same time I put a set of gibson shorties on. I could feel a pretty good difference from bottom to top end.

I am really impressed with this cam. just trying to get another 15-20 hp under my belt since I wont be installing the TEA ported heads.

Not to hijack the thread, but would the 1.85 rockers work with stock springs and stock cam and show some good gains?? I dont want to break into the motor, so I was thinking this might be an easy way of getting a few extra horsies.

Thanks in advance for any info.

they will help you rev quicker.
I put them on my stock cam and springs, and picked up about a 1/10 to 2/10 at the track
not bad for a simple bolt on, plus the changed the lift of the cam a bit, and gave the stock cam a little bit of a lope
