If you look at the price of the SW with the y pipe & cats they offer it is about the same as the dyna's. I dont know much about cats but the SW cat looks like it would flow better then the dynas more conventional design. SW do offer the ory as an alternative which would save some money. Real winters mean salt so a stainless y would make way more sense than just cheap pipe.
The dyna's, looking at the pics side by side with the SW, appear to be slightly longer in the primaries witch seem to account for the hump on the drivers side that everyone seems to hate along with the more extreme bends. They also have more applications at the present time so you can get the true dual style of the 2500,s. Both systems are big $ and other than some fitment problems on the early dyna y pipes Ive only seen good things about both. Spend now or later cuz that salt will rust anything else.
