Need some advice. While I got my engine down, and needing to get one head cleaned up anyway, Im going to go ahead and get tehm shaved .025, and a 3 angle valve job. Im thinking while I have everything down I may unshroud the valves, and gasket match the exhaust ports too. I noticed the exhaust ports arent round like hte gaskets, would I be doing more harm than good, or am I wasting my time?

I would not bother to match the ports to the gaskets. The D shape should help minimize reversion of exhaust, there is more to be gained in other areas. If the search works on Tech, look for do it yourself head clean-up threads.
