They might be referring to the monster 327crate engine gm came out with, who knows..

lol. That was still 325ci with 327hp

Apparently GM's displacement calculator was broken the day they put that info together

lol. 3.78 bore 3.62 stroke with 8 cylinders is 325.10149CI
They typed 327ci cuz people that's what they like to call that engine.
