I'm sure he probably just means that the drivetrain would be sucking a lot less power when running in 2wd, and that would overcome a slower 60'. BTW nice truck, I have a mostly stock '04 RCSB 4.8 that is begging for boost.. but a tune would be a good enough start. How often do you run at Epping?

Oh and do you give rides.... $0.25 each like in front of Wal-Mart! I would kill to ride in a 13 sec truck.

lol, i have only been to ned a few times. the first time was late august i think. Where in NH are you?

I dunno this might be silly or already done but did not see it in the previous posts. If you have your spare tire loose it, prolly 75 lbs mounted under the bed. I felt a huge diff when i removed mine.

75lbs sounds a bit excessive. id say 45-50. my 17'' wheels with tires were 51 lbs (factory)

i removed the spare, tailgat, tonneau cover, and side tube steps.
