well Skipped all the easy steps... went straight for fuel pump.....checked pressure its 10 psi....

so any advice on New fuel pump....I have a walbrow 255l off my civic... like its a universal.. but how would i modifiy it fit housing...

Or i might just go to my local autoparts and see what happends

wow... you need spelling/grammar check.

All bullshit aside check the commons. Spark plugs, MAF, I REALLY doubt its your fuel pump. Think about it, its getting TOO MUCH FUEL and its igniting in the exhaust (back fire). Theres something not right and it isnt fuel. Its not getting either enough air or spark, or its reading it wrong. Listen to these guys they know where to start. put that fuel pump back in the trash can.

dude its 4 in the mornin.... my grammer will be off.... And if didnt read my post i checked fuel psi its at 10... and pump doesnt come on....so my guess pump...... so any help on where i can see a write up? on how to change fuel pump

There is definitely a thread or 20 on changing the pump but I don't wana look for it. There would be a lot or results when searching for a pump so hopefully someone has the link.

A single period suffices in a change of thought in every text book I've read tho....

Got it Fixed, was the fuel pump. Oh well Now its time for the Turbo install
