Gibson Super Truck Exhaust....
So on www.performancecenter.com - they have the supertruck exhaust on sale for 294.00 for the alum and 350 something for the Stainless....i know how much these things cost and i've seen guys buy them for 4 and 500 dollars..
Question is...
What do you guys think?
Some people love Gibson some hate it?
Any opinions would be nice..
Looking for answers like..
Is it worth it?
Is it to loud?
How's it sound?

I knew a guy that had one on his Dodge, sounded ok, I can't speak from personal experience but here is an approved link to that system.

I have and like them. Have nothing to compare it to though. They are louder than stock, but not over bearing. I think the sound is deeper and does not have that raspy/tin sound. Not sure about hp gains, never been on dyno. I think they are worth it. The only recommendation I can give with these is to have it welded in place. It will drone on you a bit if you dont.

I have the Gibson single in/dual out cat-back, which I've had on there for almost 7 years...it has held up well. It was a little too quiet for my taste though, until I removed the tailpipes after installing my longtubes and lowering the truck. My Gibson shorties that I used to have also held up well, only didn't provide much if any performance increase...but that's true for all shorties. From what I've read, the SuperTruck exhaust is louder than the one I had, and from my personal experience, Gibson's products hold up well and last a long time...this is on a daily driver that's driven all year round including New Jersey snow-salt filled winters.
