All of the trucks we've done to this point have been AWD and I don't have access to an AWD dyno, so I don't have any dyno numbers. I'd bet you would see at least 100hp at 5 lbs.

The kit is very clean looking and should have no problems producing gobs of power if everything is tuned right.

Turbo system are really not all that complex really. As long as you have a good manifold and intercooler design the thing will make power. Unless you have a goober install it and botch the tune. LOL

We're not running a controller on our truck. We have a 5-6 lb. spring, but you could use any controller with it.

Let me throw in my 2 cents...

I've been in both of the Escalades with this kit that Rick is referring too and I've driven
Livernois' 'sclade. It's amazing what 5psi can do. They really get up and go. The kit is extremely clean too.

The only thing i see that i dont really like is the intercooler location. Its basically the same as ATI's location and behind the bumper is not the best place for air flow, hince why I fabbed up my own FMIC in the grill. Now with a turbo you are going to be producing ALOT of heat, so thats obviously where the intercooler comes into play. The better the intercooler can cool the air the better. That is the only thing that is turning me away from the kit.

I would bet that intercooler gets a ton of air down there like that. Trucks push alot of air and quite a bit gets shoved under the truck. The vertical mounting position is much better than the horizontal position of the ATI setup also.

Rick - You got any before and after intercooler IAT readings?
