Default Good head work in Dallas?

I was wondering who did a good, fairly cost effective job of porting and polishing cylinder heads in the DFW area. Due to the nature of my job, I do not have time to pull the heads and re-install them after they are done, so I will need that also. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm shooting for 25 miles per gallon in my truck, and this is on my list.

You'd be better of buying a set of heads, then sending off your stock heads for the core charge return after the swap. Not many choices in the DFW area that are both good and cost effective. Several shops in DFW can do the install.

Yeah, i wish i wasn't getting stuck working so much, but too much work is always a good thing. For an engine that will only see headers and a tune, Do yo u think the patriot stage I will suffice, or is there something better?

Stage I and a mid sized cam will be just fine. You get most bang for hte buck with that size. Above that, you gain a little more power, but price goes up.
