Default Good time? or not?

Last sunday I posted my times on here and didnt get even 1 post on if the times were good or bad so I guess I will try it again . I was just wondering if the time was about right or a little slow because I was a little dissapointed with my times. I have 3:73 with eaton and wet 75 shot, with pretty much all of the little bolt ons that I realy wish I would have stayed away from. (shorty headers, cold air intake, tb spacer, hypertech,MSD pulgwires).

On all motor run a 9.679 @ 72mph and a 2.130 60ft.
On the bottle (75 shot) run a 9.040 @ 76mph with a 2.006 60ft.
let off the button about 5k right before the 1-2 shift and back in it after shift, 2-3 shift was not on the button. Bottle was cold.

Any thoughts on good or bad times?

Next few mods are... 3000 TCI, Nelson or Hp, Cam. What would it take to break 7's in the 1/8?

thats not too bad and your 60' times are better than my truck with those mods. you will be suprised on what a cam and stall will do, especially with a tune. try and see what a little heat does to that bottle next time.

Seems like good times for the mods you have. If you went with a converter im sure your time would improve.(if you hook up) Is that a RCSB?

Depends on where you ran. Was this at Holt or Irvington?
Also the confguration of your truck would help too. ie reg/ext cab? 2/4wd?

RC/SB, 2 wd, The run was at Atmore Dragway. I was the first 2 passes on the track because I work there. Temp. was about 70deg. So do you guys think its possible to break 7's and not have a problem on the street? I dont normaly get to run my truck very much and dont realy play on the street with it unless some one wants to run for $. In my opinon some one like me (who has to save a while before the next mod). Just playing around on the street is a waste of money, gas, and motor. just my .02

I didnt know yall had a track in Atmore. Just to give you an idea.. with all the mods I have I only run 8.4x on motor and 7.8x on the gas. So a cam, converter, good tune, track tires and upping your shot a bit should put you in the 7's.

Yea we have a track here in the little town of Atmore, Its about the biggest thing we have. What all mods do you have? I would like to keep adding when I get through with the next 3. Still having a hard time picking a cam though, I think I"m going to go with a TCI 3000 stall. Also why get rid of the tb spacer? I have done blown money on the so why not leave it?
