14.54 @ 99.32

I was hoping to be able to get it into the low 14's. Keep in mind I still have the 6.0 headson, so my compression is LOW. Other mods include, 4.10's, 3000 sonverter on an 80e, PaceSetter headers, true duals, no cats, Volant, efans, and a 216/220 cam. I was shifting at 6600 on this run.

Last time I looked you were running 11.9x ???? I guess you took the Radix off? Sorry, but I haven't really been as "up to date" around here as before. What's the story?

Yea, blowers gone. That's what he big difference is. I was consistantly low 12's, we'll say 12.4 being a high everage.

9 pounds of boost makes a HUGE difference!

have you thought about using some thin cometic gaskets and those heads with that big *** cam you got, might work out better than putting the 5.3 heads back on

Flyer, i'm curious.

I read your other thread about your cam choice
I'd definatly like to see where this 5.3 can go n/a.

question is........ why? What's wrong with the radix setup you had, and maybe a bigger cube motor? break into low 11's or so. why the n/a build. Obviously you're plannin on pushing this one to the edge... and then stepping up to a big cube motor. More power to you, just wondering your motivation. Did you bet someone?

And what are ya doing with the old cam? i'm planning radix and blower...... So something that's proven will definatly be interesting to me
