Got mine the other day. Been to skeeered I'm gonna blow up my 90,000mile 5.3 to mess with it yet.

I did read my PCM though. Looks like the previous owner had HPP3 or some other programming in there alright. 128mph speed limiter. That's why I couldn't find the shut off the other day.

Here is the file if anyone would like to take a look at it. It is from a '00 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3L with unknown tuning in it.

My "stock" file

John

DO NOT USE MY FILE TO FLASH YOUR PCM

You can compare two different files but, it is not recommended to try and flash your PCM with somebody elses flash file. GM is always changing things in the computer and things may not be in the same places in the memory so my 128mph speed limiter might be timing in your computer. (Longshot but, you get the idea)

If you go into LS1edit you can view the differences between the files. I think my timing is tweaked a little and my top speed is raised. The trans also shifts hard on the 1-2 so I think it may have the shift firmness installed.

Can you email me your stock file to take a look at?

John
