Default Got my truck back with MODS

Just got back in from picking up my truck. I have to tell you, WOW :head: Here is the list of mods:

Sierra C3, 6.0L
Agostino Racing Stage 2 FI Heads, lower compression .5
Agostino Racing 215/218 112 lsa cam, .554/.570 lift
ATI P1SC Procharger with one size smaller pully
38 lb injectors, custom wiring harness
LaPole Headers with 3" collectors
Flowmaster 70 Series Big Block 2 Muffler
NGK TR6 plugs
Custom LS1 Edit Tuning

All I have to say is HOLY CRAP!!! Low end it takes off. Did not think that the truck will run this strong and those guys were surprised as well. The truck kept blowing the intake tube off!!! I have to give major credit to Agostino Racing Engines for supplying the parts, LG Motorsports for installing everything, and Jeremy Newhouse for doing the tuning at LG. The truck is tuned pretty safe right now running alittle rich, they were afraid I would blow it up Everything was custom tuned, idle, shift points at 6K, no torque management, A/F, etc. It runs great and on the highway you cannot tell much at all, got 15.4 mpg on the way back from Dallas, 200 miles having alittle fun. We were not able to dyno the truck as it is AWD and could not find an AWD dyno, Disconnecting the front driveshafts put the truck in limp mode because of the computer. When the truck spools up over 2K, it throws you back into the seat, not tire spinning, gotta love AWD!!! The heads and cam are top notch and the ATI is working great, was a rock solid 200' on the way back, no overheating or anything at all. I went with the ATI because i think the centri S/C matches better and their characteristics, I am not a big fan of Whipples, sorry.

I will be trying to get out to the track sometime soon. Hope to be in the low 13's with a 5300lb truck I am going to do alittle more tweaking in the future as there is more power easy, and add electric fans and a 2600 stall converter this winter. Once again, big props to www.agostino-racing.com and www.LGmotorsports.com for the great parts and great service and install work. I would recommend them to anyone. For those people who want tuning, Jeremy at LG knows his stuff and will do a great job. Keep you all posted on how it runs

The intake setup that ATI provides comes up a little short
I ended up gettin a set of Electric fans and running some real piping from the MAF all the way into the throttle body
check it out SS Hotrods was nice enough to post some pics of my truck

Yep, plan on doing something like taht soon, the rubber hoses are not the greatest there. Also will do a cold airbox around the filter when I get a chance.

the Filter is big enough for a honda Civic ..
damn ati dropped the ball on this kit
the Kit could have been selling hot cakes if they spent a little more time making things right

Yep, I am gonna make a few changes with it later on. This is a start, relocate air filter, new intake tubes, cold box, gonna put a reflector to draw more air into intake. See what we can do. Its a good kit so far.

Would you want to meet up later this year at Ennis? I'd love to see your truck, not to mention race against ya a time or two. Maybe we can find a couple of ford harley trucks to whip up on at the same time.

Yeah I might be coming up to Ennis sometime to go out with jermey and the LG guys. Had a problem last night, downshifted from 2 to 1 and it freaking rocketed off and at the 1/2 shift it went into power overload protect mode or something, think I maxed out the MAF or something...LOL Never happened before on other runs, gonna see what it is, everything is running great
