Why do you say this??
If the demand is high enough we have no problem engineering a larger diameter header for these applications. Keep in mind this is what we do and its done very well. We just did a huge group buy/R&D for Ford Crown Vic applications, we now have complete coverage from 1998-2011 and this was all started through the forums.
Anybody local to us here willing to donate a vehicle??

Just because for the past 2-3 years people have been wanting this, the only people who really took note of it was ARH, kooks.. Now there is some other(imported headers) That are supposed to be doing this also.. I would more then likely buy a set if they were priced rite..

I'm in Houston if y'all have a location here.
Ultimately a 17/8" or 2" primary with a spike and nice collector with a 3" or 31/2" Y pipe. Also if you can match the "D" exhaust port for the L92/LS3 heads would be a big + as Lots of people are going for those heads since they flow big block numbers!
Here is the link where they discussed the 1 7/8" headers.

Thanks for the feedback. At the time we produced our headers for these apps, we didn't have suitable demand the for a larger headers. Our 1-3/4" design was making good power and selling very well.
This thread is making waves at SW, this is on our list to make happen. Anybody close to Ohio willing to donate a truck for R&D ??
Keep posting if your interested in larger primaries!
