Must feel funny being in a truck ~4 sec. slower than your last one! Are some mods going on it soon? Not bad for a bone-stock 4.8!

Looks like it is faster than your 5.3 excab was in bone stock form. Heck, by the 1/8th mile times, it looks faster than mine when I had a couple of bolt ons.

it feels way faster than i remember my ext cab being stock and except for a very weak launch it feels about as fast as the ext cab did with just the blower.

i am anxious to start moding.

Hey Parish, How do you figure the truck weight for this? I got one today and I am taking the curb weight of the truck and adding myself and stereo equip etc. About 5700 for the 1500HD. Does that sound about right? I ran it once with that but it was on 183(not the best road) and it turned out a 15.28 @ 91.58mph.
I won't be able to take it to the low traffic, flat, straight rd I want till this weekend. Then I am going to make a few runs for consistancy.

Man, my elevation sucks!

My truck is exactly like parish's, except mine has a 5.3. Mine ran a 17.0 stock!!
