Oh ok, so then the one the current truck intake is not needed?? Because there is still a hole exposed in the thing?? The end with blue the o-ring, where does that go then because that is normally in the intake. Do I even need to run this thing at ALL??

According to Mr. Wheatley, it can be delete. He doesn't run the evap on his lsxrt intake.
I'm sure if you wanted to run the truck style it wouldn't be a probably to figure out something that would work. I was able too find a vacuum hose that had a 90 molded in.
