The rough idle could be the PCV or the BBK throttle body. I thought you said earlier that it idled and ran fine
I have never been around a 5.3 liter,, but the PCV should be in your valve cover. Pull it out of the valve cover, and then pull the vacuum line of the other end. When you have it out,, shake it,, if you here it rattle, it is ok.
I have Evans Cooling here, but not in my truck,, YET. A friend of mine with a 5.4 Ford introduced me to it,,, he runs it in his Ford. He runs a bunch of nitrous and he said it help his truck with detonation.

Nope. never done that before But really, my neighbor over-boosted his Grand National (something like 22lbs) and his dipstick blew out too. We thought it was kind of funny. 8-9lbs of boost shouldn't create enough crankcase pressure in your engine to blow the dipstick though. There must have been some other problem. (sorry for no real advice here- iv'e just heard of this happening before though)

Did it just start or has it been doing it for the 1000 miles it's been on? Could be that the blower was installed too soon and the engine was not properly broken in (rings not seated properly yet causing the blowby).
