Ever since my trans and converter swap, I can smoke the tires from a 30-35mph roll, and you can see how mild my setup is...first time I found out was on my way to work and totally an accident. Walked into work with a big smile on my face...and pounding my chest 
BTW, I got installed a BlackBear tuned PCM at the same time as the trans swap

Not to hijack the thread, but what breaks first in the trans if you have a heavy foot and no TM? I just had my trans built at 232,000 miles bc the sun shell broke one day. Trans shop said it shouldn't have lasted that long. It now has a "Beast" shell.

the sun shell is the weakest part in a 4L60e it can break at any given time, even in a new truck right off the dealers lot, so ive been told by many tranny builders

motor side, pull it all. well, i did, but thats just me. trans side. this is a tricky equation to dance around. the most i pulled was 70% out. there are a few tables in there that is you shut one off, you will have to work the shift and pressure tables a lot to get it to act the same.
