Default have questions about milling my heads

hey, ok im looking into haveing works done on my heads but need to be lead in the right direction... i wanna have them milled, get a 5 angle valve job and have minor porting done while there off. can some one guide me in the right direction with milling them?? i know that my compression ratio is 9:5 and i wanna go for around 10:1 or possibly higher if possiple on 87 octane gas. i know a cam plays a roll in how much to mill i dont know how tho but i have the factory cam. so my questions are.. whats the highest safest CR to go for.. how much to mill for it and how thick and what kind of head gasket to use. and what kinda of gain to expect from havin this work done.. i'de honestly be happy with at least 20-25rwhp. please help with this as soon as i find this information out im going to have it done. thank you
