Cometic doesnt make bolts. But their gaskets are expensive!! Be careful when you TQ them. Follow the patterns to a "T." They are finnicky! They will also make about any thickness you want and gasket bore you want. $$$$$$$$$$ Spray them with that copper gasket spray, let them dry overnight. Trust me, it helps!!

Just use the ARP Pro head bolts #134-3609 and youll be good to go. You dont really need studs. You can go back with stockers if you want. But I dont suggest messing with those TQ to yield bolts. They are a PAIN!

I went with felpro gaskets. They cost 40 bucks shipped to my door for two and so far, they are sealed.

any advantage going with felpro over stock? i can get stockers for cheaper from the dealership and they are in stock. i need this stuff by friday if everything goes my way what head bolts did you use?

Felpro is just the stock style. If you can get stockers for cheaper than 40 for both, hats off to you! I used stockers from Scoggin dickey that were like 40 bucks shipped to my door.

Nope. I was gonna get them from summit but they couldnt ship for another 2 weeks and i needed them quick. I got the part number from their website and ordered them from another place.

why is the fel 1041 so much more than the ones beau posted? are the 1041's the same thing the LS1 came with from the factory? if so i can get those for 27bux each from the stealership.
