anybody know a good set of head gaskets for an lq4 swapin to 243s

Yep. If I was going to need a stock thickness gasket then I would use a stock one. If I wanted something thinner then I would use a Cometic.

Agreed, either stockers or Cometics.

I bought stockers from SDPC for like 32$ a piece. Not Bad.
