How much cr gain should I see using stock 5.3 heads that are milled .020?
Thats what they are milled isn't it Todd?

9.97:1 if you are using a .054" graphite gasket.

Matt- Correct. you can say ~10.1.
BK- .054 is the thickness of a stock GM head gasket? What other head gasket can I get? Does Autozone, O'Reily, or Advanced auto carry them?

Stock graphite gaskets are .054 compressed thickness.
Stock MLS gaskets are .060 compressed thickness. I believe this is the only stock option for the 6.0.

I am not exactly sure what the Felpros are but I think they are .054 as well.
