GEARS!!! DEFINITELY GEARS. Like said above. I run 4.56's with 35" tires. You might want to look into getting 4.88's. Although, with 4.56's and 37" tires it'll be similar to 3.73's stock, 4.88's will give you the effective ratio of 4.10's with stock tires.

Longtubes are the way to go. Another good brand are the Stainless Works or the Dynatech, but they're pretty pricey. If you want to run a true dual setup with 3" pipe that's not going to help your low end. Might want to consider 2.5" pipe, unless you plan on going FI. Ditch the TB spacer. As far as mufflers, i like magnaflow. But it really is personal preference.

If I were you I'd get some thorley headers above the pacesetters. While I love my pacesetters, I don't think they're for anybody inquiring about gaining low end. The problem lies with the fact that pacesetters have 1 3/4 primaries with a 3" collector. Thorleys have 1 5/8 primaries with I believe a 2.5" collector. The thorleys are much better quality. Like I said, I can't complain though, I paid $150 for my pacesetters.

I would go pacesetters.. but if you do 3" true duals on a basically factory 5.3 you are gunna loose your bottom end and thats what you need most with the big tires... I would run a single 3" exhaust, thats enough to handle 350-400 HP easy. . Before you spend the money on headers but a set of 4.88 to get them 37"s rollin. I also think it would be more bang for your buck then you would get from the headers and tune without gears

Ive found that more expensive mufflers arnt always better. Im rocking an Xcellerator... its the carquest brand, and i love it... and Deff get gears, i had 39.5's on my last truck and it was such a dog untill i got my 4:56. i would think 4:88 would be better, but the price was a HUGE diffrence. but gears on a lifted truck mean the world.

1200 for both front and rear correct? That sounds about right. Gears is your "bang for the buck" right now. It'll get you back in the correct RPMs too so your trans and engine won't be constantly searching for gears. You might want to check out your trans fluid too, i know when i was running 33's w/3.42's it was killing my transmission.
