say you wanted long tubes.....what do you feel would be the ideal setup? size of primaries, and Y pipe....or would you want it set up for true duals?

What have you had luck with...and what haven't you liked about other products...or why did you get what you did and why not something else.

Just trying to get a feel for all thats out there. Anyone have dyno comparisons?

Default Thorley 310YC Try-Y Headers

I just finished installing my Thorley Ceramic Coated Tri-Y headers this morning and got them welded-up at an exhaust shop this afternoon. So far, I am extremely impressed and pleased. They improve torque from about 1,000 to my 5,700 RPM shift point. I'll take some pictures of the installation soon and post a more complete report once I've had a little experience with them.

In the mean time, here is a picture of the headers alone that I took before I installed them:

Funny thing happend with some headers.....

I always talk about how crappy the Eldlebrock shortys are......Well I had a customer that wanted them on his H2 this week (after a Radix or course). I looked the headers over and they have changed for the better.....nice thick flange and installed like a dream!

Guess I owe Eldlebrock an apology!

http://www.clearimageautomotive.com read the testemonials.... you will see some amazing numbers from people... they have a whole thread on the national impala ss forum devoted to people praising the headers....

I didn't see them listed on their site for our trucks. Do you have some inside information?
