I am looking for a set of headers for my o1 Sierra 5.3 , I have been reading a little in the forum and I wanted to know if shorty headers are even worth getting compared to stock. I dont have a hole lot of cash to spend so can anyone recomend a set of headers less than $300.00 or so. They can be short,long or whatever. I am also planning on completely redoing the whole exhast from the headers back (gutted cats, O2 simiulators and flowmasters). I have heard that these new motors dont like true dual exhast (backpressure problems) Can anyone clear this up for me??? THANKS!!!!!

If you want headers start looking on ebay. From what ive heard the shorties arent worth it, but the long tubes are expensive. Ive also heard some bad experiences with flowmaster. People seem to like magnaflow slp and edelbrock to name a few.
