i think when u have those ridicuously low gears like 3.08s or 3.23s a gear swap can be your best bang for the buck. it was def. the biggest sotp gain i felt on my truck so my vote is gears and tune ftw

 

can someone tell me what they did at the dyno or had the tuner do
i.e no tq management dont really understand that
n changing the shift point on the tranny what r some suggestions there
and aparently people have engaged the 4cyl shutdown more often i think?

Just get with a tuner and go over it with them. The sponsors on here are well-versed in what works on our trucks and what does not.
